Terms & Conditions

1. By using our service, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that your read them carefully and accept all of the terms and conditions contained herein and the Privacy Policy. These Terms applies to any users of Wetix website, apps, features or other services.

2. WeTix acts as agent for the Seller in the sale of all tickets. As such, except as specified in these Terms and Conditions, all claims in connection with tickets or events are the sole responsibility of the Seller and, except to the extent required by the Malaysian Consumer Law, WeTix otherwise has no liability to you.

3. All tickets will be sold online and issued via digital only. No Physical copy required.

4. Please note that Event rules outside of those mentioned by WeTix are also applicable, as per each individual event’s terms and conditions including, but not limited to, terms of sale, event rules & disclaimers, and intellectual property rights.

5. If any part of these Terms is unenforceable, invalid or illegal, the enforceability, validity or legality of any other part of the Terms will not be affected or impaired in any way.

6. These Terms are governed by law of Malaysia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

7. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without notice. Such changes will be posted on any WeTix platforms. Alternatively, you can obtain a copy of the latest Terms by emailing us at [email protected]

8. We may assign, transfer or deal in any other way with our rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign such rights and obligations.

9. Users should select the visit date while making and purchase and the tickets valid for selected visit date only.

10. All purchases made on WeTix are confirmed purchases and any request for refunds, exchange or cancellations will not be entertained unless otherwise stated herein.

11. The tickets are non-refundable, non-assignable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or full.

12. WeTix Sdn Bhd will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.

13. By continuing with the purchase of the tickets, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and those set by the Event operator of your purchased ticket(s).  We are under no obligation to refund you or exchange your ticket(s) in the event that you make any error when purchasing your tickets through the Site (including but not limited to selecting the wrong date or time of tickets), if you are excluded from the event for any breach of these Terms and Conditions.

14. By purchasing the tickets , customers consent and agree:-
    a. that WeTix is entitled to collect, process, use and publish the personal data submitted for the purpose of this contest including disclosing the same/partial data to our partners for marketing usage;
    b. that WeTix is entitled to use and publish the customer’s name for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation or need for prior notification (if necessary).

Please note the following Terms & Conditions for the Tour & Movie Ticket Bundles:

1. The package is inclusive of one of The Conjuring Universe Tour Tickets and one WeTix movie voucher.

2. The voucher provided in digital code format.

3. The package is inclusive of one of The Conjuring Universe Tour Tickets and one WeTix movie voucher.

• The Conjuring (releasing 17 August 2023)
• The Nun II (releasing 7 September 2023)

4. The voucher is applicable for any standard hall movie ticket purchase in WeTix only. 

5. Once successfully applied, one adult ticket price with booking fee will be waive from the total payable amount . The User shall ensure that the discount has been applied to the displayed amount before finalising the payment.

6. This voucher is valid for one time use only.

7. If the movies are no longer listed on the WeTix  or the movies have ended their run, the e-movie promo codes will be considered expired and voided.

8. Vouchers may not be combined with other codes or promotions.

9. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-assignable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash in part or full.

10. By redeeming this Voucher, customers consent and agree:-
    a. that WeTix is entitled to collect, process, use and publish the personal data submitted for the purpose of this contest including disclosing the same/partial data to our partners for marketing usage;
    b. that WeTix is entitled to use and publish the customer’s name for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation or need for prior notification (if necessary).

11. WeTix reserves the sole and absolute right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
