Q: WHAT IS THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR?

A: “The Conjuring Universe Tour” is an all-new immersive walk-through horror experience inspired by iconic scenes from New Line’s The Conjuring Universe, the highest-grossing horror franchise of all time with over $2 billion at the worldwide box office. Comprised of The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It, Annabelle, Annabelle: Creation, Annabelle Comes Home, The Nun, and the upcoming The Nun II set for release in Malaysia cinema 7 September 2023, the juggernaut franchise is produced by New Line Cinema and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. The tour invites visitors to participate in an interactive guided tour through spine-chilling set recreations and experience signature moments in the world of paranormal incidents — visit The Perron’s House, explore The Warren’s Artifact Room, and even encounter the Bloody Bride in this first-hand horror experience.

Q: HOW CAN I BOOK MY TICKETS?

A: To avoid long queues, visitors may purchase tickets in advance on the official ticketing platform at WeTix, Klook, Incutix or KEEPSAKE by GSC. It’s best to book your tour well in advance of your arrival date, as walk-in tickets are limited and not guaranteed.

Visitors are reminded not to purchase tickets from third-party or unofficial websites. The Conjuring Universe Tour will not be responsible for any unauthorized purchases.

Q: HOW LONG IS THE TOUR?

A: The tour takes about one hour to complete.

Q: WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE?

A: Visitors must arrive during the designated date and time frame. As group assignments are made on a first-come, first-serve basis, there may be a need to wait in line for entry. Please allow for some waiting time.

Q: WHAT IS THE LASTEST CHECK-IN TIME FOR MY TICKET TIME FRAME?

A: For daytime ticket holders, we suggest arriving before 5:00 pm as the last daytime tour starts at 5:45 pm on weekdays and 5:50 pm on weekends. The last evening tour for both weekdays and weekends begins at 10:00 pm

If you are late for your daytime entry, you will be required to pay the price difference for an evening ticket. Additionally, if you wish to change the ticket date, an additional administration fee will be applied.

Q: CAN I RE-ENTER THE VENUE WITH THE SAME TICKET?

A: No, a new ticket is required for each visit. All tickets are limited to one-time use only.

Q: THE DATES I WANT TO BOOK ARE NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT DO I DO?

A: It could be that your chosen time is sold out. We recommend selecting another day.

Q: DOES THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR OFFER GROUP RATES?

A: Yes, we offer group rates upon request at least 14 days in advance. A maximum of 12 visitors may enter at a time. If your group is more than 12 people, due to space restrictions and safety concerns, we can arrange consecutive time slot tours for your group.

Q: IS THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?

A: The experience contains scary themes and experiences; we strongly recommend that all children under the age of 15 be accompanied by an adult who shall be solely responsible for their care and conduct whilst on these premises. 

Q: DOES THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR HAVE VISUAL, AUDIO OR STROBE EFFECTS?

A: Some zones make use of visual and audio effects, strobe lights, and other special effects. The experience may not be suitable for guests with pregnancy or a history of vertigo, epilepsy, seizures, claustrophobia, heart disorders and high blood pressure.

Q:  IS PHYSICAL CONTACT ALLOWED BETWEEN THE PARTICIPANTS AND ACTORS DURING THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR?

A: For the safety and comfort of all participants, the actors of The Conjuring Universe Tour will not intentionally touch any visitor

However, due to the proximity of the actors and the unpredictable nature of human reactions, accidental contact may occur. Similarly, visitors are not permitted to intentionally touch the actors or exhibits. Our staff may request that any visitor who violates this policy leave the exhibition without objection.

Q: IS PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?

Q: ARE WHEELCHAIRS ALLOWED?

A: While most zones are wheelchair-friendly, some areas may not be fully accessible due to spatial restrictions. Users of larger or electric wheelchair models may find it difficult to navigate narrow hallways inside the venue. Please contact our tour center at [email protected] ahead of time for special access.

Q: CAN I BRING FOOD OR DRINK INTO THE TOUR?

A:  For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, food and drinks are not allowed on the tour. Similarly, large items and any items that violate the law or pose a danger are also prohibited.

Additionally, we offer lockers at the entrance where visitors can store their personal belongings before the tour. We highly recommend using the lockers to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all participants.

Q: CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS OR FILM DURING THE EXPERIENCE?

A: For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, photographs and filming are only allowed in certain parts of the tour. Our knowledgeable tour guides will advise which areas of the tour are permitted.

Q: CAN WE WEAR COSTUMES AND OTHER PARAPHERNALIA DURING THE CONJURING UNIVERSE TOUR?

A: Yes. Participants are welcome to wear costumes or other paraphernalia of their choice, but we kindly ask that all participants dress respectfully, in consideration of Malaysia’s Muslim culture. 

Since the tour takes place in a dimly lit environment, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement.

Q: WILL THERE BE A MERCHANDISE SHOP?

A: Yes, there will be a merchandise pop-up shop featuring The Conjuring Universe special edition merchandise located at the tour exit area. The pop-up store is free to enter and welcomes all visitors.
