” Watched #BTS Break The Silence yesterday thanks to WeTix. I thought I would know what to expect since I’ve watched the docu series, never in this Mikrokosmos would I have thought I’d be wrong. It just goes to show how many layers the boys have and how they’ll never fail to surprise us (Remember Black Swan MV ARMY?). It reminded me of why I love them and also serves as a reminder of how they’re just as human as we are. Their music transcends genres and language barriers and continues to break records worldwide. I had a blast humming along to my favourites., knowing the stories behind some songs and moments as well as laughing at the absolute comedy these 7 are. Also be prepared for some tears too peeps. “방탄소년단 Break the silence the movie. It was quite emotional when I connected to the incidences whereby it all started up as an idea, a dream to advice something which is rather small. They ended up getting to a big stage which is beyond what they expected prior to their debut. I was once a team player back in my schooling days working in a team to achieve a goal (although we didn’t go far, we were together). The sacrifices they had to make in order to portray a good image for the ARMY yet they relied and worked with each other to make the tour possible.For those fans whom love them, it is a good inspiration to achieve your goal. Just ensure that you put work/action into it rather than just fantasise the success of others.”

“Eye-opening. Inspiring. Hopeful 8/10
Eye opening. These would be the words that I use to describe this movie. Eye opening because it gives the audience a short glimpse of the personal lives of one of the most popular kpop groups. Rather than projecting the group as the all-perfect star to be admired and idolised, the movie showed the more humane and ordinary side of the celebrities.
Inspiring. Because it shows these celebrities are ordinary human working hard and dedicate their youths into their career. They too are filled with a lot uncertainties, hesitation and doubts in themselves at some point. But nevertheless, they stayed focused and dedicated to their passion. Despite not knowing how the future is going to turn out, despite not being certain that they are gonna make it, they still lived their passion to the fullest. This inspires me and gave me a surge of energy to chase my own dream.
Emphathy This movie humanize the star’s image. By showing their behind the scenes, their younger days before they were this famous and their doubts, the audience were able to sympathize with them and create connection with the stars.This is a very well done movie of its kind. I would highly recommend others to watch even if you don’t listen to their music or into K-pop in general. “
